All of our corporate packages are designed to meet the needs of individual client companies.
Some of our most popular packages are based around the following activities :
Lunch and learn
Normally a series of four to six webinars for employees including a presentation followed by live
question and answer time. The themes are identified by employees as being of most relevance
to them. Individual follow up is provided for employees requiring further consultation or advice.
On-line drop in clinics
Monthly clinics where employees can book confidential 30 minute appointments at scheduled
times to discuss issues affecting them and their families.
Retainer package
Companies engage over an extended period so that employees can contact us by phone or on-
line directly as they need to for support and advice.
In person group support
We visit your workplace (normally four to six times a year) to work in person with groups of
employees encountering similar challenges.
One to one coaching and guidance
In person or on-line, this can be either a single or series of sessions to meet the needs of
individual employees.
Mix and match
Many clients mix and match these packages to best meet the needs of their employees. We
are always happy to discuss what combination of support will work best for your company.
Through our support, corporate employees become less pressured by concerns arising at home and as a consequence more relaxed and focussed in the workplace. Our work has a direct and demonstrable impact upon employee productivity and wellbeing. In summary, support from Abrial generates tangible benefits for both employees and the organisation they work for.
"Every week, I felt better after coaching."
"Thank you Miranda, I really appreciate it."
"It is the best thing the company have offered us."
"I need this to operate as a working parent."
"The best way to spend lunch."
