We work in schools with
Staff

I am so glad our school organised this for us. Up until now, we have felt overlooked, and now our voice is heard.

This is essential time for me to clear my head, and get expert advice. Otherwise, my job was feeling to isolating.

Having confidential supervisions every term saves me a lot of time. I can make decisions more quickly. There is no one else really with whom I can discuss my practice.
We support staff to be their best professional selves in these challenging times through
- 1.1 coaching
- group coaching for teaching assistants, back office staff etc.
- supervisions for headteachers, senior leaders, SENCOs, and designated safeguarding leads
Pupils

We provide high performance coaching to secondary school students to
- counter disadvantage
- bring about positive behaviours for learning
- improve achievement
- improve mental health

This is the best thing the school has offered me. Honestly, you need a place where no one is wanting things from you.

Going into Year 12 was a total shock. If I hadn't got coaching, I would have got so behind, and would have had to leave.

Miranda is funny. She goes on at me if I get a detention, but it does make a difference. I try not to get them because I don't like telling her.
Parents
We support parents and schools to work effectively with each other. For example we
- train and coach staff on how to deal with parents
- support parents on how to work well with the school
- facilitate parent focus groups
- work to broker the social contract between parents and the institution
- devise parental engagement strategies

The training reminded me that I am good at relationships with parents and it is about fine tuning.

We came away with our office parent communication strategy. It was an excellent use of our time.

I am new to this, and now I feel that I have a tool kit for working with parents.
